Problem before tool
DISC, motivators, EQ or coaching are used when they help solve the problem. They are not the starting point.
About
I work with CEOs, managers and teams when the company needs more than training: it needs to change how decisions are made, conversations are held and accountability is assumed.

Juan Pablo Sada Cinca
I am a psychologist and ICF-accredited ACC coach. For more than 15 years I have worked in human development, consulting and coaching with managers and teams.
I specialise in companies that have grown to the point where informal leadership no longer works. That is when decisions get stuck, managers continue acting as technical experts and teams become excessively dependent on senior leadership.
I combine organisational diagnosis, guided practice and coaching. The goal is not for people to feel ‘inspired’ during a session, but for them to act differently when they return to a real conversation, meeting or decision.
How I work
DISC, motivators, EQ or coaching are used when they help solve the problem. They are not the starting point.
We translate ‘lead better’ into actions that others can see, practise and assess.
Current conversations, decisions and meetings become the material for the process.
We define a baseline and a few useful metrics. We do not add bureaucracy to prove activity.
If the problem does not require coaching or consulting, I say so before designing an intervention.
The work is designed so the company depends less on me when the process ends.

Next step
Tell me what is happening in the company. Before proposing a programme, we will establish whether the challenge is concrete enough and what kind of intervention makes sense.
